New agents who have less customer quantity will receive less commission. For example, on the Exness, new agents can only receive a commission of 20% spread, but if you cooperate with us, we will give you a commission of 40% spread. What about your profit if you return the commission to the customer?

For most brokers/exchanges, we will return 90% or even 100% of the commission earned to our clients, with only a small amount of additional rewards earned. Will there be higher spreads or trading fees when opening an account with your agency?

Absolutely not! Open an account through our link and directly open a broker/exchange account with the client, with the same spreads and fees. The reason is simple. Brokers/exchanges need to encourage agents to cooperate with them. If the spread and trading fees are really lower when opening an account directly with a broker/exchange, then as an agent, we cannot retain customers, and we will not cooperate with such brokers/exchanges. Commission is an additional fee provided by the broker/exchange, and there is no difference in trading costs for clients.

If there is a dispute between the client and the broker/exchange, will you assist in resolving it?
As partners, we only handle issues related to rebates. If there is any dispute between the client and the broker/exchange, the client needs to directly communicate with the broker/exchange. The broker/exchange has not provided us with a channel for communication, so contacting us in this regard is meaningless. As an agent, we will not make any guarantees for the broker/exchange's reputation.
How often is the commission settled?

Three main settlement methods:

Daily return: settlement within 1-2 working days after closing the order.

Weekly return: Usually settled on Monday for the previous week

Monthly rebate: commission rebate once a month.

What's wrong with not receiving commission after the transaction?

The main reasons are as follows:

1. Incorrect account opening link, the account is not associated with the agent.

2. The trading account has not been registered on our website.

3. The commission return time has not yet arrived, you can check again on the evening of the commission return day.

4. Mainly trading of forex and gold have rebates, but some brokers do not offer rebates for rare instruments.

5. The order belongs to hedging, and some brokers do not calculate rebates for hedging orders.

How to determine whether a commission rebate website is reliable？

1. Only redirect to the official account opening website of the broker. Rebate website does not accept customer deposits and will not ask for the password of the customer's trading account.

2. Rebate websites have functions such as registration, login, account registration, and withdrawal method registration.

3. Proactively return commissions on time without the need for customers to remind them.

How is commission calculated?

The commission is only related to the trading volume and has nothing to do with the amount of deposit.

The main calculation methods include:

1. Fixed USD per lot: for example, USD 2 per lot

2. Spread percentage: The commission will be refunded based on the proportion of the spread generated, such as a 40% spread. When the spread fluctuates, the commission amount per lot will change accordingly.

Is commission permanently valid?
As long as the cooperation agreement between Rebate Network and broker IB is in effect and the account ownership has not changed, rebates can continue to be earned for normal transactions; If the broker adjusts the IB policy or terminates the cooperation, the rebate standard will change synchronously, and there will be no unlimited commitment to a fixed rebate ratio.
